Interprise designed this international travel company’s second U.S. corporate office, located in Uptown Dallas, to capture some of the fun as well as functional qualities of the co-working space they had been occupying. From the elevators, you immediately enter the open lobby and reception. To achieve the casual, industrial look the client was seeking, ceilings were kept open with exposed ductwork, and black light fixtures were selected for statement lighting in the lobby and conference room. Concrete floors guide you through the space, helping to divide departments and adding to the industrial feel. The brand’s colors, black, grey, and red were used for interior finishes, furniture, and graphics, while accents of brass in the lobby and break room ad style to these upgraded areas. The large break room, with lots of windows and natural light was a key feature for the company, wanting to give employees a place to collaborate, relax, and play.
