Houston based Arnold & Itkin purchased a house built in 1905 on Hall St. with the intention of creating a high end Dallas office. The age of the house required extensive infrastructure renovations and code compliance. Arnold & Itkin’s Dallas office has a museum feeling with light toned oak flooring and white walls that showcase the art collection and unique furniture and millwork. The project was extensive with not only an interior renovation, but also an exterior renovation, landscape design and monument sign.
