A national staffing firm wanted to break away from their dated, standardized office template to create an engaging, group work environment with local flare. This call center style workplace was invigorated with pockets of collaborative gathering areas and private reprieves through plush furniture and architectural elements- creating various backdrops to accommodate an ever-changing workforce. The break room hub feels uniquely intimate despite being totally exposed to the open office. This is achieved with familiar textures, rich colors, and sound absorbent ceiling beams to establish a defined space. The perimeter glass was exposed to deck allowing natural light to penetrate deep into the building core. The design’s crisp lines allude to the modern refinements of the Dallas lifestyle while elemental details such as rope-strung furniture nod to the roots of its past.
