Dallas based Heritage Auctions, the largest auction house in the United States, made the decision to consolidate several locations of office, auction house, and warehouse spread across Dallas into one building. A 160,000 square foot space was selected with convenient proximity to DFW International Airport making the location ideal for out-of-town clients. Interprise, in partnership with Parma Design worked to transform the shell condition warehouse space into a stunning auction house that serves the multitude of departments and functions within Heritage Auctions. In addition to private and open office space, specialty amenities were provided for employees such as a fitness center, locker rooms, large break room with grab-and-go snack area, and smaller remote coffee bars. Ample storage and warehouse space for art and collectibles was provided to meet the needs of each department specialty. The large gallery style auction room is the crown jewel of the space with 20 foot ceilings, museum quality lighting, bright white walls, and polished concrete floors. A catering prep area allows food and drink service for events to be prepared out of view of auction attendees. Large operable partitions equip the space to be divided into three rooms allowing multiple auctions to be hosted simultaneously.
