Maintaining the existing stone flooring and a portion of the wood paneling, major modifications were made to the focal wall of the lobby by removing the marble pediment and replacing it with back-painted glass. In addition, the pitched ceiling in the main lobby was removed, and a new gypsum board ceiling with light coves and recessed linear LED fixtures is reflected in the glass feature wall. A contemporary rug and seating group furniture accented with chrome complete the space. The once brass and marble clad Elevator Lobby received a whole new look with custom back-painted glass and stainless steel finishes.
