Southcross Energy engaged INTERPRISE to help lead their company into the 21st Century without compromising the tradition, value, and reputation of the firm. To accomplish this task INTERPRISE integrated current and future office needs into a space suited to the well-being and collaborative work style of Southcross Energy employees. Panel heights were lowered, materials were updated and softened, and collaborative break-out areas were provided throughout the space. Introducing the open area work environment while maintaining modest privacy proved conducive to Southcross Energy’s multi-generational work force.
